Hi everyone,
To create an event click on the calendar tab in the upper left corner next to "Home, Help" etc.
Then click on the calendar to chose the date and time, and click next. After that, you will be brought to a create thread page to enter the details.
For best results ad as much information as possible. The more the better! For reference here is an event format template:
Event Title: (In the subject line.)
Event Details: Descriptions about the event
Age Range: (If necessary for your event.)
Date and Time: 12/12/xx (Doors at: / Begins at:) or 8:00PM - 12:00 AM
Location: Venue name and address
Attach your event flyer at the bottom of the event post. FYI, You can hotlink your flyer from the FB event page you have setup. And / or you can add the event flyer as an attachment in your post.
Here is an example of an event Wormtown Ska created for you to get an idea of how the flyers look. The larger fyler is hotlinked, and the other flyer is attached, but people can click on it for the full image.
